I’ve been behind the camera for the past 10 years. What started with photographing cars on the mountain passes of the Western Cape has developed into a career working with dealerships, car enthusiasts, private collections, automotive brands and motorsport teams across South Africa. Along the way, I’ve photographed everything from individual cars and private collections to events, commercial projects and brand campaigns.
Although automotive sits at the centre of my work, I also work across lifestyle, events, products and commercial photography. Every project is approached with the same level of thought and attention, whether I’m working with a single subject or producing a larger shoot.
I like to know exactly what we’re trying to achieve, take the time to plan the details and create an environment where the photographs can come together naturally. From the initial planning and shooting through to the final edit, I take pride in getting the details right and making sure the finished images are exactly where I want them to be.
The end result should feel clean, considered and authentic to the subject, without looking overly produced.
